These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

Informal Resolution & Arbitration. Before filing any claim in court, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at zyrose@zyrose.net. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may elect binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and Zyrose LLC waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. The seat of arbitration shall be Sheridan County, Wyoming. Each party bears its own fees and costs, subject to the arbitrator’s authority to award fees as permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
